As telecom companies continue to promote content-led offerings to boost user engagement, Reliance Jio on Wednesday introduced a new Rs 200 Jio OTT Pass that combines subscriptions to 15 OTT platforms, access to over 1,000 live TV channels, 30 GB of high-speed data, and unlimited 5G connectivity for 28 days.
According to the telecom provider, the new package, which launches on May 27, is marketed as an all-in-one entertainment and connection solution with advantages valued at about Rs 1,500 per month for Rs 200.
The package includes subscriptions to JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood for live sports and foreign entertainment, Prime Video Mobile Edition, and YouTube Premium, which provides ad-free streaming, offline downloading, and background play.Twelve other OTT services, including as SonyLiv, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, FanCode, Hoichoi, Chaupal, Planet Marathi, and Tarang Plus, will also be available to users via JioTV.
In addition to OTT access, the pack offers more than 1,000 live TV channels on JioTV, including more than 150 premium channels in the areas of entertainment, sports, movies, infotainment, and local programming. These include channels from Warner Bros. Discovery, Sony Entertainment, Sun TV Network, JioStar, and ETV, among other broadcasters.
For the duration of the user's active base plan, which is restricted to 28 days, the plan includes 30 GB of 4G/5G data and unlimited 5G usage.

At a time when customers are increasingly juggling various subscriptions across platforms, the company stated that the new offering aims to integrate streaming, live television, and mobile connectivity under a single fixed-price bundle.
All Jio recharge channels, including MyJio, Jio.com, retail locations, and third-party recharge apps, offer the Rs 200 Jio OTT Pass. According to the company, customers must have a valid base plan in order to activate the pass.
