While the makers are gearing for the release of War, starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani, they have Alpha, Pathaan 2, and Tiger Vs Pathaan in the pipeline. Even John Abraham hinted about a standalone film on his character Jim as a prequel to Pathaan. Now, the fresh buzz is Vicky Kaushal may enter YRF Spy Universe and the Chhaava star is in talks with the makers to lead an espionage thriller under the franchise.

As reported by Mid-Day, Vicky Kaushal is in talks with YRF to headline their upcoming espionage thriller under Spy Universe.

A source close to the development was quoted by the portal as saying, "Conversations have been happening for a while, and Vicky is keen to be part of this ambitious franchise. It’s still in the early stages, but the idea is to introduce a fresh narrative thread within the existing world. The makers believe he has the charisma and acting chops to lead a standalone story."

However, there is no official statement backing the claims. Fans have to wait for the same.
