Girija Oaks blue saree moment becomes viral. This is how it took place.

Girija Oak, a Marathi actress, has gained popularity on X after an interview in which she donned a blue saree received a lot of attention on social media. The performer, who was previously best known for her roles in Marathi films, was introduced to a far wider national audience by the viral moment. Her understated yet sophisticated style has been praised by many users.
Girija described a classroom event involving her physics professor in an interview on India Today's sister channel, The Lallantop, which was the footage that generated the interest. She claims that the lecturer inquired, "What Are Babes?" The question, which at first caused consternation, turned out to be a miscommunication over how "waves" should be pronounced.

During the interview, Girija talked about her experience in the classroom. "I had a physics professor," she remarked. "What are babes?" he asked us. We were shocked by what had happened to Sir. Then he turned to face another pupil and asked him to answer the question. He did not say anything either. Then our lecturer inquired, "What are babes?" while glancing at a girl. We continued to stare at him.
She later stated, "I am amused!" in an interview with Hindustan Times. On Sunday night, my phone began to buzz nonstop. I was unable to answer calls because I was rehearsing for my play. All of my pals started emailing me all of a sudden, asking, "Do you know what's happening on X?"

"I received a post from someone arguing whether it was me or (actress) Priya Bapat! Then, according to my devar, some cheap hands stole my photos, and a big "bhabhi lover" situation broke out. I was sexualized on a few pages. However, Marathi fans remarked, "You've only recently found her!" "We've known her for a long time," she remarked.
The actor from "Jawan" admitted that internet trends are ephemeral. "It's a trend that will come and go, at the expense of sounding wise and outdated. My work is here to stay. "I'm happy if people find my work now," she continued.

Girija has appeared in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi movies. Bollywood movies like "Taare Zameen Par" (2007), "Shor in the City" (2010), and the more recent "Jawan" (2023) are among her credits.

Girija was born on December 27, 1987, in Nagpur, Maharashtra. She is the daughter of well-known actor Girish Oak and wed director Suhrud Godbole in 2011. She studied business management and graduated with a degree in biotechnology from Thakur College of Science and Commerce in Mumbai. Participating in theater classes helped her become a versatile artist and laid the groundwork for her acting career.
