PM Modi’s Odisha Visit LIVE: Big Push For Railways, Telecom, Education, And Healthcare

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Jharsuguda today to attend the ‘Namo Yuva Samabesh’ and unveil a series of mega projects. He will land at VSS Airport at 11:15 am and will be accorded a warm welcome by the Governor, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and the two Deputy Chief Ministers.

PM Modi will then proceed to Amalipali Ground for the public meeting. During his 90-minute visit, Modi will flag off the Amrit Bharat Express from Berhampur to Surat, inaugurate the Sambalpur City flyover, dedicate railway doubling projects in Koraput, and launch BSNL’s Swadeshi 4G stack. 

He will also lay the foundation stone for a semiconductor and ESDM park in Bhubaneswar, inaugurate Wi-Fi facilities in 130 higher education institutions, announce the expansion of eight IITs, and unveil master plans for VIMSAR and MKCG Medical College upgrades. 

Additionally, the Prime Minister will launch a National Skill Development Programme and hand over approval letters to 50,000 families under the Antyodaya Housing Scheme. Security has been tightened across Jharsuguda ahead of the high-profile event.
