The Bhavya project is launched by the center to establish 100 industrial parks nationwide

Guidelines for the "Bhavya (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna) Scheme," which calls for the development of 100 industrial parks nationwide, were unveiled on Saturday by Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal.
Speaking at a press conference, Goyal stated that the plan, which will cost ₹33,660 crore, intends to establish manufacturing and investment hubs through plug-and-play industrial parks in collaboration with state governments.
"Today's announcement of guidelines for the 'BHAVYA (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna) Scheme,' which will allow the Indian government to establish 100 industrial parks throughout the nation, is another measure to facilitate business," Goyal stated.He said that about two months ago, the Union Cabinet approved the plan.
"With a financial allocation of ₹33,660 crores, the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana will help create manufacturing and investment destinations with plug-and-play investor parks in collaboration with state governments," he continued.
The minister claims that states are expected by the Center to create an environment that is conducive to industrial development.
Goyal stated, "We expect states to provide an attractive environment to promote industry."
He also described the plan's implementation, saying that 20 industrial parks would be included in the first phase.
He stated, "At the first stage, we are coming out with 20 parks in the first window of two months, and another 30 parks in the next two months."
