Umar Un Nabis video calling suicide bombing martyrdom is discovered by investigators.

A supposed video of Dr. Umar Un Nabi, who was driving the car that exploded on November 10, has been discovered by investigators looking into the explosion near Delhi's Red Fort. In it, he is heard calling a suicide bombing martyrdom mission.
Nabi is shown alone in a room discussing the idea of suicide bombing in the video, which is thought to have been taken prior to November 10. He is allegedly heard stating that there are numerous inconsistencies and problems to the word "suicide bombing," and that it is not properly understood.
"The idea of suicide bombing is one of the most misinterpreted concepts. It's a martyrdom operation. Numerous objections and inconsistencies have been raised against it.

When someone believes they will undoubtedly die at a specific location and time, they are engaging in a martyrdom operation. In the footage, he is heard stating, "He is going to die in a particular situation." Why and for whom Nabi recorded the video are unknown.
On Sunday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) called Nabi a "suicide bomber" for the first time and announced that it had detained a key conspirator in the case, a Kashmiri plumber who was the owner of the Hyundai i20 that detonated, killing eleven people. Additionally, this was the first time the government described the vehicle as a "vehicle-borne IED."

At 6:52 p.m. on November 10, a slow-moving I-20 that had been sold several times and had been modified with a CNG tank blew up at a traffic signal. At least eleven persons were burned in the ensuing fire.
Forensic testing verified that Nabi was operating the vehicle when it burst, according to the NIA, which assumed control of the case the day following the explosion.
In order to look into the module's larger criminal plot, including if explosives and cars were bought to carry out a suicide attack akin to the 2019 Pulwama atrocity, the Delhi Police's Special Cell has filed a new case.
