Actor Satish Shah of Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai passes away at age 74.

At approximately 2:30 pm on October 25, veteran actor Satish Shah passed away at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai.

Popular for his parts in "Main Hoon Na," "Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro," and "Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai," the 74-year-old actor had just had a kidney transplant after fighting kidney-related issues.

Satish Shah's iconic appearances in television and films made him a household figure throughout the course of a career spanning more than 40 years. His portrayal of several characters in the 1983 comedy "Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro" elevated him to cult fame due to his unparalleled skill.

His manager gave India Today confirmation of the information, noting that the burial is set for Sunday and that the body is still in the hospital.
