After the ₹1.2 crore cloud seeding attempt fails, Delhi cancels todays artificial rain trial.

A day after Tuesday's cloud seeding attempt in the nation's capital failed to yield the expected effects, the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur announced that the attempt, which was scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, has been postponed because of "insufficient moisture in the clouds."
The proper climatic conditions are crucial to the procedure, according to an official release from IIT Kanpur.

The Delhi government, along with IIT Kanpur, conducted the two cloud seeding attempts on Tuesday. According to the Hindustan Times, their overall cost was around ₹1.28 crore.
