The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has officially released the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the recruitment of Constable/Tradesman (CT/TM) posts. This recruitment drive aims to fill 1,161 vacancies across multiple trades, including cook, barber, washerman, cobbler, sweeper, and others.
Candidates who had applied for these posts can now download their admit cards directly from the CISF’s official recruitment portal — cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in. Applicants need to log in using their registration ID and password to access the hall ticket. The admit card contains essential details such as the candidate’s roll number, reporting date, exam venue, and guidelines for the test.
The PET and PST are the first stages of the selection process. During PET, candidates will be assessed on physical fitness parameters such as running, height, chest measurement (for male candidates), and overall endurance. The PST will check compliance with the required physical standards. Only those who qualify at this stage will be eligible to move forward to the next rounds, which include a written test, trade test, and medical examination.
The CISF has advised all candidates to carefully read the instructions printed on the admit card. Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card to the examination centre. Without these documents, entry will not be permitted. The CISF also stressed that candidates should report to the venue well before the scheduled time to avoid last-minute hassles.
This recruitment is part of CISF’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its workforce and provide employment opportunities to eligible youth across the country. With thousands of aspirants applying, the competition is expected to be tough, making proper preparation and fitness a must for success.
