Shweta Roy, the founder and director of SR Queens Media Pvt. Ltd., has been appointed to the advisory board of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF), India's premier film festival and award ceremony. This appointment is in line with DPIFF's objective to honour and advance Indian cinema, art, and culture internationally.
Under the direction of Dadasaheb Phalke's legacy, DPIFF has developed into a standard for artistic quality and keeps honouring Indian artists and filmmakers.
The Mrs. India Queen pageant is organised by SR Queens Media Pvt. Ltd., whose founder and managing director is Shweta Roy. She has also participated in leadership and development initiatives that mentor women.

On October 29 and 30, Mumbai will host the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2025, which will include panel talks, short film screenings, seminars with seasoned professionals, and cultural exhibits.
DPIFF's aim to honour creative brilliance and promote cultural initiatives in Indian cinema is being upheld with this appointment.
