Following the major cruise missile test, Trump issued a "Nuclear Submarine" warning to Putin.

Russia's nuclear-powered Burevestnik cruise missile test was deemed "inappropriate" by US President Donald Trump, who also counselled Russian President Vladimir Putin to concentrate on resolving the situation with Ukraine.
Donald Trump also claimed to have a nuclear submarine, highlighting the US's nuclear capabilities.
"They are aware that we have the world's best nuclear submarine just off their coast. It doesn't have to travel 8,000 miles, after all. Furthermore, they are not teasing us. Nor are we playing games with them. Donald Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, "We test missiles all the time."
Putin's statement is inappropriate, in my opinion as well. He should finish the war, by the way.

In his speech to the Federal Assembly, Russia's bicameral parliament, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Moscow has created a tiny nuclear power unit that could be installed in a cruise missile to increase its range almost infinitely. This would be a low-flying missile with an uncertain trajectory, Putin said, according to TASS.
Putin was quoted as stating that there are no such nuclear-powered cruise missiles in the globe. Moscow had tested the weapon successfully, he added, and would try to deploy it. According to Russian officials, it travelled over 14,000 kilometres (8,700 miles) and stayed in the air for roughly 15 hours.

In order to restrict the creation of nuclear weapons-grade material, Vladimir Putin recently signed a law ending the already-defunct agreement with the United States over the disposal of plutonium, according to RT.
