Ronaldo Júnior joined the game in stoppage time with Portugal ahead 2-0 after goals from Rafael Cabral of SC Braga and Samuel Tavares of Sporting CP. The match took place in Antalya, Turkey.
Ronaldo Júnior, 15, plays as a forward for the junior academy of Al Nassr, the Saudi Pro League club where his father shines.
As part of the Federations Cup Tournament, Portugal's U16 team will play three matches in Turkey, starting Thursday. Portugal will play Wales on Saturday and England on Monday to round up the competition.
Earlier this year, Ronaldo Júnior played for Portugal's U15 team and scored goals.
