In the midst of the Deepika Padukone-Spirit-Kalki feud, the producer names Rashmika Mandanna as the lone actor who does not require rigid work schedules.

Deepika Padukone's exit from two important movies—Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD sequel—has sparked debate. The main query is whether more flexible work schedules are necessary for actors and film crews. At a preview for Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming Telugu film, The Girlfriend, producer SKN made a statement, characterising Rashmika as the "only actor" who is not subject to these restrictions.
SKN's praise for Rashmika Mandanna
Rashmika was praised by producer SKN for not needing strict work schedules when he took the stage. "At a time when there's debate on how many hours one should work, there's only one heroine in pan-India who's willing to work however many hours needed," he said, referring directly to Deepika's purported request.

"There is only one heroine in pan-India who is willing to work however many hours are needed at a time when there is debate on how many hours one should work," he stated.

"She sees work with love, not in terms of hours," he continued. Her dedication is about timing rather than rigid boundaries. Everyone considers Rashmika a member of the family because of this. Rashmika couldn't stop grinning and appeared to be delighted by the compliment.
Deepika Padukone on the 8-Hour Work Shift According to reports, Deepika requested an 8-hour work shift and left Spirit and Kalki 2898 AD. She spoke about this matter in a CNBC-TV18 interview. "By virtue being a woman, if that's coming across as pushy or whatever, then so be it," she said in defence of her decision.

She brought up the fact that many well-known male celebrities in the business have been working 8-hour shifts for years without making the news. In addition, Deepika pointed out that despite its name, the film industry is highly "disorganised" in many ways.
