Odisha government reshuffles senior medical roles, including new faces at SCB, PRM, and GMCH.

In a substantial administrative overhaul, the Odisha government made many high-level transfers and appointments at the state's major medical colleges, notably SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack and PRM Medical College in Baripada.
According to a notice published by the Health and Family Welfare Department:
Prof. (Dr.) Lucy Das, Dean & Principal, SCB MC, Cuttack, is appointed to the vacant position of Professor, CTVS, SCB MCH, Cuttack, and is permitted to serve in the Department of O & G, SCB MCH, Cuttack.
Prof. (Dr.) Prativa Panda, Dean & Principal, PRM MC, Baripada, has been appointed Dean & Principal of SCB MC, Cuttack.
Dr. Nirmal Chandra Mohapatra, Professor and Head of Orthopaedics at SCB MCH in Cuttack, has been named Dean and Principal of PRM MC in Baripada.

Dr. Jyotish Chandra Choudhury, Professor and Head of FMT at SCB MCH in Cuttack, has been appointed Superintendent.
Dr. Satyajit Ray, Professor of Orthopaedics at GMCH Sundargarh, has been shifted to SCB MCH in Cuttack.
Dr. Tapas Kumar Panigrahi, Associate Professor, Orthopaedics, MKCG MCH, Berhampur, who was on deputation at SCB MCH, Cuttack, has been shifted to GMCH, Sundargarh.
The improvements are part of the state government's attempts to strengthen medical administration and improve healthcare delivery in Odisha.
