On Wednesday, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi virtually launched projects worth more than Rs 1,330 crore in Keonjhar as part of a big infrastructure effort.

As the service grows, the government has set aside Rs 238 crore for maintenance. These air-conditioned buses, which have GPS, emergency buttons, and CCTV cameras to guarantee passenger safety, especially for women, have tickets as low as Rs 5.
Large-scale Infrastructure and Upcoming Development
The financial package includes the opening of 24 finished projects valued at Rs 250.95 crore and the laying of foundation stones for 62 projects totalling Rs 704.38 crore.
A fresh grant of Rs 374.91 crore was also declared for 101 future projects. According to Majhi, the next ten years are critical for the state, and Keonjhar is essential to Odisha's development.
