Six days prior to her "suicide," Rhea left Sushants apartment: five significant findings from the CBI report

In its "closure report," the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) declared that there was no proof that actor Rhea Chakraborty "illegally confined, threatened, or abetted" the suicide of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The central agency's report, which Rajput's family referred to as an eyewash and an incomplete document, doesn't appear to have convinced them, though.

On June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput—who starred in TV and Bollywood films including as Pavitra Rishta, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Kedarnath, and Chhichhore—was discovered hanging in his Bandra flat.
In March of this year, the CBI submitted two closure findings in the inquiry that became one of the most contentious cases in India. One concerned the case that Sushant Singh Rajput's father, KK Singh, had filed in Patna against Rhea and her family. The other was a case that Rhea brought in Mumbai against Rajput's sisters.
Singh made accusations against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Rajput's manager Shruti Modi, her parents Lt Col Indrajit Chakraborty and Sandhya Chakraborty, and house manager Samuel Miranda.

HT had unprecedented access to the primary closure report's details and discovered five significant case revelations.

The CBI Closure Report's Five Major Disclosures
1. On June 8, Rhea left Sushant's flat: Rhea and Showik left Rajput's Bandra flat on 8 June and did not return, according to the anti-corruption agency's investigation. It made it clear that "none of the accused persons stayed or lived with him between June 8, 2020 and June 14, 2020" . By no other way did he communicate with Rhea or any of her relatives over these seven days. He had only communicated with Showik over WhatsApp at 2:41 p.m. on June 10.

2. Sushant's sister lived with him until June 12: According to the CBI closure report, Sushant's sister "Meetu Singh" lived with him in his flat from 8 to June 12, even though there was no proof that the accused were living with him. In addition to Rhea and Showik, Shruti Modi, Sushant's manager, had not been to his home since she broke her leg in February of that year.
3. Rhea took Apple laptop, watch: According to the agency, Rhea 'took away her Apple laptop and Apple wristwatch, which were gifted to her by Sushant' on 8 June when she and her brother left Sushant's apartment. This is in relation to the theft and embezzlement accusations made against her.Apart from this, the CBI stated that there was no proof that Rhea or any other accused individual had taken any property from Sushant in an unethical or unknowing manner.

4. Sushant dubbed Rhea 'family' The central probe agency claims that from April 2019 to June 2020, Rhea and Sushant lived together. In contrast to Sushant's father's accusations, the late actor's lawyer and certified accountant handled all aspects of his finances. The manager booked Sushant and Rhea's October 2019 trip to Europe per Sushant's directions. Sushant "even told Sidharth Pithani (his flatmate) that Rhea was part of the family," according to the CBI. The agency pointed out that since Rhea is regarded as a member of his family, the costs associated with her cannot be covered by section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)."Further, the evidence doesn't suggest/indicate any movable property being delivered to Rhea by inducing or deceiving Sushant," according to the closure report, which an officer quoted.

5. 'Threat' by Rhea in the realm of hearsay: The investigation team stated that it did not discover any proof that Rhea or any of the other accused individuals posed a threat to Sushant, including in digital data. "Sushant's family has only accused him of telling them that Rhea threatened to release his medical information if he didn't follow her instructions. However, the study notes that this material falls within the category of hearsay.
According to the CBI's closing report, there was no evidence of "immediate provocation/abetment by any of the accused persons" that might have caused Sushant to commit suicide.
