The centre would pay for all 92 of Odishas railway overbridges.

An important development is that the Central Government would pay for all 92 railway overbridges in Odisha. According to reports, the Ministry of Railways has given its approval.
In the past, the State Government and the Railways were to split the project's cost evenly (50:50). However, the Ministry of Railways has finally agreed to fully fund the construction of all 92 overbridges across various places in the state after the Odisha Government requested that the Centre cover all of the costs. An official letter served as the official means of communicating the decision.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi thanked Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of the people of Odisha for their kind decision to fund the state's infrastructural development.
According to the Chief Minister, the Prime Minister has continuously given Odisha's development significant attention, especially in terms of boosting industrial growth and improving connectivity via ports, airports, railroads, and highways. He went on to say that the state's overall growth would be accelerated by the Prime Minister's ongoing dedication to and goodwill for Odisha.
