Two people were murdered when a truck from West Bengal fell off an overbridge on NH-16 in Odisha.

On Thursday, a potato-laden truck crashed off an overbridge near Talanagar in the Soro region of Balasore district, killing two people.
The accident occurred on National Highway-16 atop the Talanagar overbridge, when a truck delivering potatoes from West Bengal to Bhadrak apparently collided with another truck. After the collision, the driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned and went off the bridge.
According to eyewitnesses, the fall had a devastating effect, forcing the vehicle to split into three parts after hitting the ground below. The potatoes being transported were scattered all over the place, demonstrating the severity of the collision. The truck's driver and helper were both critically injured and died on the scene.
