"Who is he?" Bhakta Das, the head of the Odisha Congress, criticises former MLA Mohammed Moquim

After PCC president Bhakta Charan Das vehemently defended the party's decision to remove former MLA Mohammed Moquim from its primary membership and accused him of sabotaging the organisation by taking internal concerns to the media, the internal strife inside the Odisha Congress intensified on Monday.
In response to enquiries from reporters, Das questioned Moquim's standing within the party and claimed that his actions showed a lack of dedication to Congress. "Who is he? Das stated, "He has only won one Assembly election.
The PCC chief stated, "Every member of the party has the right to raise issues if he/she faces injustice," emphasising that the party offers sufficient channels to resolve complaints. We have several committees for this purpose, and the party leadership listens. He was a member of the PAC in Odisha. It was also possible to address his issue there.
Das acknowledged that Moquim had written to Congressman Sonia Gandhi, but he questioned why the letter was made public. It seems sense that he sent Sonia Gandhi a letter outlining his complaints, but why was it necessary to make the letter public? He stated, "This makes it quite evident that he does not want to remain at the party.

Das rejected Moquim's critique of the party leadership in favour of Rahul Gandhi. What is his knowledge about Rahul Gandhi?Rahul Gandhi awakened people's minds by walking throughout the nation. Wasn't that labour-intensive? Will he write a letter to leaders like Rahul Gandhi? Das enquired, claiming that the other parties had an impact on Moquim's behaviour.
Following criticism surrounding his letter from last week, Moquim was expelled from Congress. Following the expulsion, Moquim maintained that he had only "shown the mirror" to the party and that he was entitled to call out errors, even if they were made by Rahul Gandhi.
The Odisha Congress's growing factionalism has once again come to light as a result of the incident, and the leadership has strongly warned against publicly voicing internal discontent.
