Family, friends, and fans are mourning the loss of veteran actor Dharmendra, who passed away on November 24 at the age of 89, leaving a vacuum in the entertainment business. Actor Govinda is one of them; he expressed his love and respect for his icon in an emotional Instagram tribute.
Govinda honors Dharmendra
On Monday, Govinda shared a vintage photo of himself with Dharmendra on Instagram along with a poignant tribute. Dharmendra can be seen grinning and giving young Govinda a hug in the photo.
Govinda captioned the photo, saying, "Aapki tarahn dosra koi nahi ho sakta (there can be no one like you), love you my ustad forever (heart emoji)." Many of Govinda's followers posted heartfelt condolences in the comments section after his article moved them.
Govinda collaborated with Dharmendra on a number of projects throughout the years, including Dadagiri, Paap Ko Jalaa Kar Raakh Kar Doonga, and Kaun Kare Kurbanie. When Dharmendra was brought to the hospital earlier this month, a number of Bollywood celebrities visited him, including Govinda, Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan, and Salman Khan.
