Does Pakistans attack on Kabul backfire? Mehsud alive Noor Wali. Who is the head of TTP?

One week after Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) leader Noor Wali Mehsud was the target of a suspected Pakistani bombing in Kabul, the militant commander said he was still alive in a video message on Thursday. The most significant conflict between Kabul and Islamabad in decades is rekindled by the development dangers. The October 9 strike, which struck an armoured Land Cruiser thought to be carrying Noor Wali Mehsud, set off a series of cross-border retaliation attacks and intense clashes before a tenuous ceasefire was established in the middle of the week.

Afghanistan has been charged by Pakistan with harbouring the TTP leadership and giving safe havens to terrorists who are thought to be responsible for assaults on Pakistani security forces almost every day.
Mehsud denied news of his death in the video, saying, "Jihad brings nations freedom and dignity; otherwise they remain slaves."
