PM Modi highlights welfare gains and praises the Garib Kalyan Yojanas 12 years

On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi commemorated the 12-year history of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY), emphasising the advantages of several beneficiary programs that were introduced under his direction and benefited the general populace.
The Prime Minister highlighted the major successes of the Antyoday Yojana, Swachh Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat, and other programs in an X post, stating that the primary motivation behind the introduction of each program was the straightforward goal of guaranteeing people have opportunity and dignity.

The welfare of the impoverished and oppressed has been at the center of India's numerous developments during the past twelve years. Antyodaya has always served as an inspiration to us, and we have always worked to make sure that those who have been left behind for decades can benefit from growth. Every program, from Jan Dhan accounts and Direct Benefit Transfer to Swachh Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat, and more, has been motivated by the straightforward goal of guaranteeing people have opportunity and dignity," PM Modi stated.
