Actor Rajpal Yadav has stated that he never cried in front of the judge and did not inform the court that he did not have money.
Speaking exclusively to IANS, he stated that such statements were wholly generated by social media, and people who were unaware of the case ended up misrepresenting the facts on the Internet.
Rajpal claimed that the only emotion one should see on his face is laughing.
He told IANS, "Do not believe the fake stories on social media. Whatever is printed, some of it is pushed by well-wishers, while others are circulated by individuals who are unfamiliar with the subject."If one looks at Rajpal's face, there should be a burst of laughter; do not expect anything more than that."
During the exclusive chat, Rajpal also said that other industry colleagues came up to assist him during a difficult time. He mentioned that several people supported him, but their names were not publicized on social media.
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor also added that he receives a lot of support from his family.
The Delhi High Court recently granted Rajpal temporary bail in the cheque bounce case.
He was given interim bail until March 18 to attend his niece's wedding in Shahjahanpur.During the hearing, Rajpal's counsel informed the High Court that he had presented a DD for Rs 1.5 crore. In addition, the actor was requested to submit his passport.
The next hearing in this subject is scheduled for March 18.
