The IPL 2026 Orange Cap table is once again led by Kohli.

After starting the batting in a 200+ chase, Virat Kohli found himself in familiar territory on the Orange Cap table.
Kohli batted until the 14th over in RCB's pursuit of 206, scoring 81 in 44 balls to start the chase and go up to the top of the table. In addition, he was named Player-of-the-Match. His seven innings total of 328 runs is only five runs more than Sunrisers Hyderabad's (SRH) No. 2 Abhishek Sharma.
Heinrich Klaasen of SRH (320 runs) trails the top two, followed by GT's Shubman Gill.Gill moved up to fifth place after scoring 32 in 24 balls against RCB to reach 297 runs for the season, surpassing Sanju Samson of Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Rajat Patidar, the captain of the RCB, was also improving. He scored just 8 against GT, his second consecutive low, but he managed to tie SRH's Ishan Kishan at 238 runs (Patidar is eight and Kishan is nine due to the difference in strike rate) and GT opener B Sai Sudharsan, who reached tenth place with a 58-ball 100, his fifth century of the season.

In the RCB-GT match, just eight wickets were taken, and none of them went to GT's Prasidh Krishna, who is now tied for third place with SRH's Eshan Malinga with 12 wickets, behind Prince Yadav of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Anshul Kamboj of CSK.
Jos Buttler's dismissal by Bhuvneshwar Kumar brought the seamer's total to 11 wickets, matching that of Jofra Archer and Ravi Bishnoi of the Rajasthan Royals (RR), putting the trio behind the top four.
